<br /><br />Alhamdulillah setelah beberapa minggu mengambilnya....ekzema saya semakin berkurang dan lama kelamaan parut semakin menipis...<br /><br />Kemudian anak saya yg berumur 13thn pula mencuba krn dibelakang badannya(bawah leher) ditumbuhi jerawat kecil2.<br />Dia juga mengalami period yg tidak teratur.<br />Bila saya bawa jumpa doktor,doktor kata adalah normal period tidak teratur diusianya ketika itu,krn hormon tidak stabil.<br />Kemungkinan krn period tidak teratur itu menyebabkan jerawat tumbuh.<br /><br />Setelah beberapa minggu mengambil <span style="color: blue;">VitaminE Shaklee</span>,anak saya mulai teratur periodnya dan jerawatnya semakin hilang,Alhamdulillah.<br /><br />Selain pengambilan secara oral,kami juga akan menyapu cairan <span style="color: blue;">VitaminE Shaklee</span> ditempat luka @ gatal.<br /><br />Itulah pengalaman kami yang dapat dikongsikan bersama.<br /><br />Untuk bulan ini Jun 2014 promosi <span style="color: blue;">VitaminE Shaklee</span>, hubungi saya kepada sesiapa yang berminat :)<br />

1 - Mula-mula buat dulu air sirap coz kita nk gunakan air tu, suhunya suam.</div>
<div>
2 - Masukkan tepung ke mangkuk adunan, buatkan lubang ditgh tepung</div>
<div>
3 - Campur bahan A,bahan B & C dan uli tepung.</div>
<div>
4- Uli hingga adunan x melekat di tngn.kadang2 kita kena tambah jgk sikit tpg.gandum tu.</div>
<div>
5 - Biarkan adunan naik.rehat lbh kurang 1/2jam.akak<span style="color: red;"> tutup dgn kain lembap</span>.</div>
<div>
6 - Bila adunan dh naik bentukkan doh bulat2,susun di loyang-jarakkan lebihkurang 1jari antara roti2 tu.</div>

7 - Susun di dlm loyang dan biarkan roti naik sekali lagi. (lebih kurang 1/2 jam)-<span style="color: red;">tutup dgn kain lembap</span><br />

Alhamdulillah,akhirnye dpt jgk akak menghasilkan kek yg agak complicated utk membuatnyer.mane idaknyer,it's take 2 days to complete it.1st day buat kek chiffon n choc.mousse(dark n white),2nd day baru buat layer by layer n choc.ganache.<br />

<b>Chocolate Chiffon</b><br />
<br />
Bahan A<br />
30gm serbuk koko (larutkan dgn 120ml air suam)<br />
4 biji kuning telur (telur diasing putih dan kuning)<br />
100gm gula kastor<br />
130gm tepung naik sendiri<br />
1/2 tsp baking powder<br />
1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate<br />
60ml mentega (dicairkan)/minyak jagung<br />
1 tsp esen vanila<br />
<br />
Bahan B<br />
4 biji putih telur<br />
60gm gula kastor<br />
1/4 tsp cream of tartar<br />
<br />
Cara-cara<br />
1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 180C. Satukan bahan A dan pukul hingga kembang<br />
menggunakan high speed.<br />
2. Di dalam mangkuk lain pukul bahan B (putih telur) hingga kental guna high<br />
speed.<br />
3. Satukan bahan A ke dalam bahan B secara kaup balik. Tuang ke dalam loyang<br />
9" dan bakar selama 40 minit atau hingga masak.<br />
i 4. Angkat dari loyang dan telengkupkan kek di atas redai biarkan betul-betul<br />
sejuk baru di potong kepada 4 lapisan.<br />
<br />
Filling :<b> Mousse Coklat Hitam :</b><br />
200gm chocolate masakan hitam<br />
2 kuning telur (<span style="color: red;">di pukul dahulu)</span><br />
2 putih telur (<span style="color: red;">di putar hingga kembang)</span><br />
60gm gula kastor<br />
1/2 tbsp mentega<br />
250ml Anchor whipping cream (tawar) - <span style="color: red;">di pukul hingga pekat</span><br />
1 1/2 tbsp gelatin<br />
50ml air<br />
<span style="color: red;">(mousse hitam ni kena simpan sedikit adunan untuk di sapu tipis kepada kek)</span><br />
<br />
Filling :<b> Mousse Coklat Putih :</b><br />
200gm coklat masakan putih<br />
100ml susu segar UHT<br />
2 kuning telur <span style="color: red;">(di pukul dahulu)</span><br />
2 putih telur <span style="color: red;">(di putar hingga kembang)</span><br />
60gm gula kastor<br />
250ml Anchor whipping cream (tawar) - <span style="color: red;">di pukul hingga pekat</span><br />
2 tbsp gelatin<br />
50ml air<br />
<br />
<b>Topping Coklat Ganache</b><br />
150ml Anchor whipping cream (tawar)<br />
350gm coklat masakan hitam<br />
1 tbsp mentega cair<br />
(Masak secara double boiler, panaskan whipping cream *** hingga berbuih di<br />
tepi periuk, masukkan coklat dan mentega, kacau hingga cair dan tuang ke atas<br />
kek)<br />
<br />
Cara-cara :<br />
<br />
<u><i>Mousse Coklat Hitam</i></u><br />
1. Rendam gelatin dgn air sehingga kembang. Cairkan secara double boiler<br />
hingga gelatin larut. Ketepikan<br />
2. Cairkan coklat masakan secara double boiler, masukkan kuning telur ke dalam<br />
adunan coklat cair diikuti mentega dan gelatin cair, gaul hingga sebati.<br />
Angkat.<br />
3. Di dalam mangkuk lain, putar putih telur dan gula hingga kembang, kaup<br />
balik ke dalam adunan coklat yang masih panas kemudian masukkan whipping cream<br />
yang diputar, gaul hingga rata.<br />
<span style="color: red;"> Simpan dlm fridge(beku).</span><br />
<br />
<u><i>Mousse Putih Coklat</i></u><br />
1. Rendam gelatin dan air sehingga kembang. Cairkan secara double boiler<br />
hingga gelatin larut. Ketepikan.<br />
2. Cairkan coklat masakan putih secara double boiler, masukkan kuning telur ke<br />
dalam adunan coklat cair diikuti gelatin cair, gaul hingga sebati. Angkat.<br />
3. Di dalam mangkuk lain, putar putih telur dan gula hingga kembang, kaup<br />
balik ke dalam adunan coklat yang masih panas kemudian masukkan susu cair dan<br />
whipping cream yang diputar. Gaul hingga rata.<br />
4. Masukkan ke-dua2 mousse ke dalam peti sejuk selama 4 jam sehingga beku. Kemudian<br />
keluarkan dan pukul dengan whisk menggunakan high speed hingga pekat dan<br />
bertanduk. Seeloknya mousse coklat putih di buat sehari lebih awal. *** dan di<br />
simpan di dalam peti sejuk. Apabila hendak di gunakan, whisk semula hingga<br />
kembang baru di sapu ke atas kek.<br />

Cara-cara :<br />
1. Potong chiffon kek kepada 4 lapisan.(akak potong guna benang halus,lebih mudah bg akak)<br />
2. Lapisan Pertama : Letak kek ke dalam loyang 9" (loose base tin), akak guna loyang biase jer. Tuang<br />
mousse coklat putih di atasnya dan ratakan.<br />
3. Lapisan Kedua : Letak kek di atas lapisan pertama, tuang mousse coklat<br />
hitam di atasnya dan ratakan.<span style="color: red;">(mousse hitam ni kena simpan sedikit adunannya untuk di sapu tipis keseluruhan kek)</span><br />
4. Lapisan Ketiga : Letak kek di atas lapisan kedua, tuang baki mousse coklat<br />
putih dan ratakan.<br />
5. Untuk lapisan terakhir, letak kek di atas lapisan ketiga dan simpan di<br />
dalam peti sejuk semalaman.(akak simpan 6jam jer)<br />
6. Keluarkan kek dari acuan, sapu tipis dengan <span style="color: red;">mousse coklat hitam</span> keseluruh<br />
kek dan simpan sekejap di dalam peti sejuk hingga beku.<br />
7. Letak cake di atas wire rack dan tuang topping coklat ganache, biar coklat<br />
mengeras baru di hias.<br />
8. Potong menggunakan pisau yang direndam di dalam air panas, lap dan potong<br />
kek.<br />

Cara membuatnya:<br />
1. Kacau semua bhn (B) perlahan2...jgn bg berbuih2...nti x jd karamelnye...saya guna garfu jer<br />
2. masukkan (B) td dlm loyang gula hangus tadi dan ketepikan dulu<br />
3. pukul bhn (D) smpai jd kembang n bila kita angkat dia x jatuh...<br />
4. bila (D) dah jadi meringue/kembang baru saya pukul bhn (C)<br />
5. campurkan adunan (C) + (D) dan gaul ngan senduk hingga sebati..ingat pakai senduk jer,tak yah guna mixer<br />
6. bahagikan kpd beberapa bhgian dan warnakan ngan warna kegemaran anda<br />
7. masukkan kedlm loyang yg td(yg diketepikan td....jgn risau adunan telur karamel tu takkan bercampur dgn adunan kek nie).<br />
Letak berselang seli warna cam nak buat kek marble<br />
8. Bakar cara double boiling - selama 1jam suhu 160-180C<br />
9. Bila msk angkat n rest 10 minit br t'balik kan kek yg dibakar tadi...SELAMAT MENCUBA.<br />
